Desynit recently worked with a customer to improve the performance of their CA Plex application running over a SQL Server database.  We managed to reduce the running time of a key batch process from 6 hours to 1 hour 44 minutes.

Desynit customer CPA Global faced a problem with the overnight batch processing which was taking too long, and limiting the system availability in their Australian and Indian centres.  Introducing our partner Original Software into the equation meant that we could offer them the benefits of their industry leading testing tool, TestBench.
