DesynTime is an easy to use Time Recording System.

Time is the most important chargeable resource for many businesses and it needs to be recorded in an efficient manner in order to encorage recording by employees.  Cumbersome Time Recording Systems deter employees from recording time at regular intervals which can lead to either overcharging or undercharging customers.

The user interface available in DesynTime is incredibly easy to use and we feel this alone provides enough encouragement for employees to record their time frequently and accurately.

On login the functions available to the employee will be highlighted.

Timesheet entry is the most important function in the system and has been designed to be as simple as possible to use.  Employees have the facility to clone timesheets between weeks to reduce the amount of time spent in searching for projects and tasks.

Administrators of the system have access to various set up functions allowing the maintenance of Employees, Projects/Tasks, Department, Roles, Expense Types (Only available with expenses module) and System Values.

The Project and Task structure provides the ability to for summaries of time spent at different levels.  Additionally rates can be set against an employees role or the amount the employee will be charged out at on a specific Project/Task.

A simple project notepad is available to record usefull information to all employees working on a project.  The most recent note is displayed first and the notes may be printed if needed when attending meetings.

Various reports are available to highlight the time spent and associated cost incurred either by project or employee.
