The first step involves one of our senior consultants visiting you to find out exactly what you need from your business software and look at your current set-up. We’ll listen, discuss and then take you through the options available to you - whether you need to update an existing system, start from scratch or link two systems together.
Once we’ve run through the options we’ll help you to decide the best fit, not just for your business, but for your teams and - importantly - your budget. From the outset we’ll be transparent about how much it will cost and how long it will take. We’ll decide whether we’ll work in-house with your team or stay in touch from our base in Bristol. And we’ll discuss what it’s going to look like when its finished. If you’re happy with all that, we’ll get to work.
With a project plan agreed you’ll know what we’re doing and what you’ve spent at every stage. And if there are any changes along the way we’ll make sure they’re agreed with you. We’re used to fitting in with teams and company cultures; in fact, this is one of the things that makes us so effective.
Once you have your new, modified, or modernised IT system in place, we’ll work with our industry leading testing partner to make sure it’s tested fully and meets with your original requirements.
Training your people to use the systems we’ve put in place is a vital part of what we do. And even after this training, you’ll need access to ongoing support.
