These days people can contact you through all sorts of channels – Twitter, Facebook, email – you name it. It shouldn’t matter how they contacted us; what matters is how we respond. Salesforce allows us to coordinate a great deal of activity, individuals and information. We can all access it from one place.
Working with Desynit has been fantastic for us because it’s such new territory.
