One of the best things about Cirrus Insight is the power of your inbox on your mobile device. However, last week Cirrus Insight went one step further and announced that they have now integrated Salesforce1 into their mobile app. This means that you now have the entire power of Salesforce and Salesforce1, not forgetting all the Salesforce1 – integrated mobile apps at your fingertips.

So how does it work?

1. Once you open an email in the Cirrus Insight app, you can click on the contacts name to open up a dashboard which allows you to view basic information regarding that contact.

2. You can then click on a component to receive more information about that contact e.g. If you wish to view more account information simply click their name. Not only will up receive a snapshot of the contacts information, but you will also notice the new Cloud Icon.

3. Clicking the Cloud Icon will open up the Salesforce1 app (instead of the browser version) where you will have full usability of Salesforce. This is going to save you bags of time when you new to view client information on the go!

Simple yet powerful!

If you do not have the Salesforce1 app on your device Cirrus Insight will open up the web version of Salesforce. If you don’t want the browser version simply install Salesforce1 from the app store, refresh Cirrus Insight Mobile and you will be good to go.
