Whether you are a Salesforce Admin, Developer or User, we all love tools that not only add a little sparkle to our working day, but also help our time in Salesforce become that little bit more productive. As an Admin, there is nothing better than searching the AppExchange to find that banging new App that is going to help give our Users, Devs, Admins just that.

The Apps in this blog are all tools that I have used. They not only help the team at Desynit become more productive, but streamlined business processes and our customers love our efficiency. There is not a day that goes by that at least one of these apps isn’t used, I am the admin after all, I check ;-). We love them, and I hope you guys will too!

So help your org go off with a bang this Bonfire night with these awe-inspiring Apps from these fantastic vendors.

Docusign

With the no1 eSignature tool on the AppExchange you, your users and customers can close deals at rocket speed and keep your CRM records up-to-date with workflows – effectively making your customers happy whilst increasing compliance and accuracy to your data. We sure are believers of this fab app at Desynit, especially with it’s ease of installation, setup, usability and accessibility in Salesforce!

To wave bye-bye  to printing, faxing and snail mail and to hello to convenient anytime, anywhere, on any web enabled device, document signing for your customers then check out the AWESOME Docusign app here and read some of the 4 thousand reviews that they app has received thus far. We enjoyed a 23% increase in turnaround time for our contract signing, we would love to hear how Docusign reduced yours.

Cloudfind

Hands up if you have lots of files and folders in your cloud storage platform and are forever losing track of where things are? Hands up if want a tool that not only works seamlessly with your existing cloud storage e.g. DropBox, Google Drive but also allows your users to find, share and organise your documents, presentations, spreadsheets and more, right there in the relevant Salesforce record? If both of your hands are up, then the Cloudfind app could be for you!

Cloudfind gives Salesforce users the quickest, simplest route to the their relevant documents  right now. Stop digging through folder trees and click here for more information about this FANTASTIC app.

Cirrus Insights

Probably one of the most used apps at Desynit is Cirrus Insights. If you find that you spend a great deal of your time in your inbox, receiving/ sending emails, proposals and contracts, scheduling meetings and much more then you will probably be aware that all that valuable information rarely gets documented in Salesforce. Did you know that this doesn’t have to be the case?

Cirrus Insight, an integration tool used in your Gmail or Outlook inbox allows users to work with Salesforce from their inbox on any web enabled device!  Yes that means you can, save emails to Salesforce, track email opens, add leads and contacts, add emails to their associated record, sync your Salesforce and Google calendar and much much more!  If you love tasks… you can work from Cirrus in your inbox to create and close tasks with one click! Sounds too good to be true right!? It isn’t and it is available right now.

Like the sound of Cirrus Insight? Then click here for more information about the AMAZING app!

Ebsta

If those Apps didn’t quite hit the shortlist, then maybe this one will.

Admins, if you re looking for a different approach to Email Integration then look no further than Ebsta. Having seen this amazing App is action, there is so much to love about it. Not only does it integrate your inbox with SF, but it does so by unlocking the power of your company network, from any browser, any device and any inbox!

Here is what I love about Ebsta as a Salesforce Admin:-

Emails – You can connect and manage emails/activities from any of your colleagues inbox right there in Salesforce. Once you have linked your inbox to Ebsta in Salesforce, all actives are recorded against the Account. Individual users (based on the privacy permissions the Admin assigns) can then decide whether to add the email to the relevant contact record, hide the email from other users, or view the email right there in Salesforce.

Contacts – this feature gives you the power of your company at your disposal. Not only can you view the relationships between your customers and colleagues, but with ‘Velocity’ you can now view the colleague who is the primary contact (based on email interactions) for that customer.  And if that isn’t enough you can even update contact information based on information pulled from email signatures – in bulk too!

For some cool Salesforce stats from Ebsta click here or if you would like to see Ebsta in action click here for a demo!

If you would like to see and of the other apps mentioned above in action, I would love to walk you through a demo and answer any questions you might have. We have established close working relationships with all our partners and as such can introduce you to the correct people should you want to purchase licenses, We also have sneaky discount codes which we will be happy to share with you. See giving back already.

Please register your Demo interest here, I will get back to you shortly with a date and time in GMT.

Enjoy Bonfire Night.

See you next week.
